IHHELPP’s 4th Gala of Gratitude and Giving was a celebration of talent, solidarity and accomplishments.

Northampton House was filled to the brim with IHHELPP supporters, friends, donors and guests from various states.

The feeling of gratitude and generosity was palpable in the room,” said Emmie Comer, IHHELPP’s Director of Philanthropy. “Some guests even said that this was IHHELPP’s best gala to date.”

The gala highlighted IHHELPP’s accomplishments including IHHELPP Bohol’s restroom projects for elementary schools in Bohol.

Another gala highlight was the remarkable performances from various IHHELPP supporters. Performers included Kramer Morton, BYU Provo’s Cross Country and Track star, who sang like Michael

Buble. IHHELPP supporter Joseph Buenaflor also gave an outstanding vocal performance and sang Star Spangled Banner. Ces de Jesus and Emilio Camu performed a Kuratsa and Sapatya dance.

​ Yolanda Mejia performed a hula. Alex Turner and Gian Lepon enthralled the audience with “Moon River”, a piano and violin duet.

Also, in attendance was
Ms. America 2016,
​Julie E. Harman, who empowered guests with her message about self-worth and self-reliance.

The Gala of Gratitude and Giving has become IHHELPP’s annual tradition celebrating the organization’s accomplishments of helping the poor and the needy in the Philippines.
