The property is currently in the process of conversion from an agricultural zone to a commercial zone.

IHHELPP kick started a sewing livelihood for four widowed Relief Society sisters from Paniqui, Tarlac.
Gaudelia Tagata, Lina Isla, Liza Fernando and Mely Sagun were beneficiaries of IHHELPP’s sewing livelihood. IHHELPP brought fabric, patterns, sewing implements and a starting capital for the sisters’ livelihood. |
“We created FIlipiniana themed aprons, seat covers and washcloths with the materials,” said Del Tagata.
“We also made dresses with unique Filipino cultural designs.” |

IHHELPP coordinated with One Vision Cooperative headed by Rhoderick Bugarin in the sustaining of this livelihood.
“This livelihood is a great source of income for my family,” added Tagata. “It is empowering to have a job that could provide for our needs.” @ |
IHHELPP recently sponsored a sustainable gardening project in Santa Elena Elementary School in Camarines Sur.
The school teaches students and the community simple agricultural practices |
and planting techniques.
Students plant vegetables, root crops and other edible plants in recycled plastic containers, used shoes and car tires. Students also dig compost pits for organic wastes and fertilizer. |
The different grade levels were allocated specific garden plots that the students are responsible for.
Parents and other community members participated in the project as well. |
