UTAH FUNDRAISER SUCCESS

July 18, 2015 - IHHELPP’s Merienda’t Tiangge  (Filipino Snacks and Market) Fundraising Event held in the International Village in Provo, Utah was a financial success. This event showcased Filipino food, handicrafts, and other merchandise. 
      
​ Provo City Mayor, John R Curtis  gave a surprise visit and commended the  organizers. Mrs. Asia-Utah winner Thelma Long entertained the attendees with live music.

“We are happy with the turnout of this fundraiser,” said VP Lolita Staples, “Our primary success is that we raised awareness for IHHELPP and for its mission. We are planning to make this an annual tradition”.
