Paul is a Real Estate Broker in two states, enjoys real estate investments, is a proud father of 4 and married to the same woman for over 31 years. In Hawaii alone, Paul has been involved in over 120 successful real estate transactions. Paul enjoys teaching real estate marketing to other Realtors. He utilizes such media as “The New York Times, Washington Post, Robb Magazine, Google, Facebook, Youtube etc... to post his high-end listings. He volunteers several hours a week mentoring over a hundred youth as a Bishop of his church. Is very passionate about building homes for victims left homeless due to natural disasters such a Typhoons and earthquakes. With family and friends formed a successful Non-Profit organization called IHHELPP (www.ihhelpp.org) Working with other professional volunteers Ihhelpp has helped bring needed food, school supplies and disaster resistant housing solutions to victims. After Typhoon Yoland hit the Philippines Paul friends and family members took Boy Scouts from America to help the people in the Philippines. His non-profit organization introduced the country’s very first disasters resistant housing solution for safer homes for the poor and needy. With a team of other professional volunteers Paul formed the “Ihhelpp Marketing Team”. Professional services are provided to customers and clients for a “Tax deductible Donation” to Ihhelpp.
